First Editions Co. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Chapter 1: 30-Day Guarantee for First-Time Purchases

We want you to love your first order. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund—no return required.

Chapter 2: Eligibility & How to Initiate

This guarantee applies only to new customers on their first order. To start your refund:

  1. Email hello@firsteditionsco.com with your order number and a brief reason.
  2. Our team will confirm your eligibility and process your refund—no need to ship anything back.

Chapter 3: One-Time Bulk Purchases

Bulk orders (e.g., multiple refill boxes at a discount):

  • Unopened boxes with intact tamper-proof seals are refundable.
  • You must ship them back at your expense. Once we receive and verify the seals are intact, we’ll issue a full refund.
  • Opened or used boxes are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to keep them.

Chapter 4: Subscription Refills

Refills sent via subscription are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have an issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@firsteditionsco.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
  3. We’ll refund or replace the damaged items at no cost to you.

Chapter 5: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, or if any item is damaged or defective, please:

  1. Notify us at hello@firsteditionsco.com within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
  3. We’ll arrange and cover the return shipping, then issue a refund or replacement.

Chapter 6: Return Shipping Policy

  • First-time purchases: Return shipping not required.
  • Bulk purchases: You pay return shipping for eligible unopened boxes.
  • Damages/defects: We cover shipping—just follow the instructions above.

Chapter 7: Approval & Refund Processing

Once we receive your request or returned items:

  • We review within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Chapter 8: Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Opened or used boxes (unless damaged in transit)
  • Perishable or personal care products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items and gift cards
