Chapter 1: 30-Day Guarantee for First-Time Purchases
We want you to love your first order. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund—no return required.
Chapter 2: Eligibility & How to Initiate
This guarantee applies only to new customers on their first order. To start your refund:
- Email hello@firsteditionsco.com with your order number and a brief reason.
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and process your refund—no need to ship anything back.
Chapter 3: One-Time Bulk Purchases
Bulk orders (e.g., multiple refill boxes at a discount):
- Unopened boxes with intact tamper-proof seals are refundable.
- You must ship them back at your expense. Once we receive and verify the seals are intact, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Opened or used boxes are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to keep them.
Chapter 4: Subscription Refills
Refills sent via subscription are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@firsteditionsco.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- We’ll refund or replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
Chapter 5: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, or if any item is damaged or defective, please:
- Notify us at hello@firsteditionsco.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We’ll arrange and cover the return shipping, then issue a refund or replacement.

Bulk purchases: You pay return shipping for eligible unopened boxes.

Damages/defects: We cover shipping—just follow the instructions above.
Chapter 7: Approval & Refund Processing
Once we receive your request or returned items:
- We review within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Chapter 8: Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Opened or used boxes (unless damaged in transit)
- Perishable or personal care products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items and gift cards
