Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the continental United States when your merchandise subtotal (before tax and discounts) is $16 or more. Orders under $16—including hardcover books purchased by themselves—do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment:

  • West Coast: 2–4 business days
  • Midwest & South: 3–6 business days
  • East Coast: 4–7 business days

Carrier

We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the USPS website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Free shipping requires a minimum subtotal of $16 (before tax/discounts).
  • Standalone hardcover purchases (priced at $12 each) incur a shipping fee.
  • We currently ship only to U.S. street addresses, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • If you need an exception, please contact hello@firsteditionsco.com.

Hardcover Add-On for Subscribers

If you’re an active subscriber, you can purchase extra hardcover books for $12 each and ship them free with your next order:

  • At checkout, enter your subscriber discount code #SHIPFREEHC to waive the $6 shipping fee.
  • Your hardcover add-on will then be packed and shipped alongside your next scheduled subscription delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email hello@firsteditionsco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and USPS to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. For custom quotes, please reach out to hello@firsteditionsco.com.
