Shipping policy

Free shipping

Every order to a U.S. address ships free. There’s no minimum.

Hardcovers

The refillable hardcover is an add-on to a refill order, and it ships together with your refills.

Pre-orders

Pre-order editions (currently Shadow Daddy) ship separately once they’re released. The estimated ship date is shown in the Shop. The rest of your order ships as usual.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery times

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, shown at checkout as free Economy shipping (5–8 business days). Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship:

• West Coast: 2–4 business days
• Midwest & South: 3–6 business days
• East Coast: 4–7 business days

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries ship free on the schedule you choose (every 30 or 60 days). You can pause or adjust your subscription online.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your package on the USPS website.

Where we ship

We currently ship to U.S. street addresses, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Ground Advantage. We don’t offer international shipping at this time. If you need an exception, please contact hello@firsteditionsco.com.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email hello@firsteditionsco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and USPS to resolve it.

Address changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
